Numbers Built From Two Digits
These numbers use only two different digits across four or more places, like 9119 or 303033. The whole number is drawn from a two-symbol alphabet.
Restricting a six-digit number to two symbols cuts the available combinations dramatically — from a million arrangements down to a few dozen per digit pair. That collapse is exactly what the count above measures.
This trait is about vocabulary rather than structure. It does not care whether the two digits alternate, cluster or scatter; alternation is picked up separately by the ABAB and alternating-parity traits.
Two-digit numbers in this sense frequently overlap with palindromes and ABAB patterns. Since those live in other groups, a number like 101101 collects contributions from several directions at once.

A repdigit is a number whose digits are all the same, such as 7, 77, 777 or 444444. They are among the rarest visual patterns because every digit is locked to one value.
Five or More of One Digit
Five of a kind: one digit appears at least five times in the number, as in 888880 or 292222. Only six-digit numbers can reach this without being a full repdigit.
Quadruple Digits
A quadruple number contains exactly four copies of one digit, like 4441 or 727772. Four of a kind is the point where repetition stops looking like coincidence.
Triple Digits
A triple contains exactly three copies of one digit, such as 8188 or 636306. It is the most common form of strong repetition — and the first one most people notice.
Double Pair Numbers
A double pair has two different digits appearing twice each, like 3388 or 271721. It is the digit equivalent of two pair in poker.
